Omnis Rehab is thrilled to announce that we now offer Physical Therapy services through Dr. Elizabeth “Betta” Clark!
Dr. Clark is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with her Masters in Sports and Health Sciences. She is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
She believes the key to improving a person’s performance and quality of life is to take the whole person into account to determine the source of the issue. She thrives on trying to figure out the puzzle that each person presents. She considers herself a lifetime learner and always wants to know more about nutrition, chronic pain and improving athletic performance.

Dr. Clark was raised near Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado in 2011, she proceeded to serve four years as an Air Force officer before deciding to become a Physical Therapist. She attended Hardin Simmons University in Texas and was awarded her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. She also graduated with her Masters in Sports and Health Sciences from American Military University in 2013.
Betta is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She loves a heavy barbell and learning new gymnastics skills at a glacial pace.
Betta is married to her husband, David who serves as a pilot in the Air Force. They have one daughter, Olivia. They both love the mountains, grilling and hipster coffee shops.
